The Health Futures team in China held a special open house day for its Modern Aging program. Modern Aging is a catalyst for new businesses and innovation in elder and long term care. At the recent Modern Aging Open Day in Shanghai, three new projects joined the network, with an eye to expanding their market into Singapore with help from the Modern Aging team. The focus of the three projects ranged from community based elder care to an emergency triage medical system and a wearable device. Two Modern Aging mentors attended the Open Day and shared their insights into the Singapore marketplace.
