ACCESS Health has issued a call for proposals for its Safe Care, Saving Lives program in India. Safe Care, Saving Lives is currently focused on reducing newborn death in India through improvements to quality of care. The request for proposal is for the engagement of an agency or individual to design three change packages under the Safe Care Saving Lives program.
