ACCESS Health India Organizes Learning Workshop: Idea to policy to implementation

ACCESS Health India organized a learning session on the critical steps needed to take a new healthcare notion or concept from the ideation stage, through to policy and implementation. The learning session created a platform for all stakeholders in the health sector to discuss the challenges and opportunity of the process and moving ideas through to true transformation of the healthcare system in India. Attendees, included national and international researchers and healthcare leaders, were given the opportunity to hear a host of ideas on the topic, from speakers such as Shamika Ravi, senior fellow at Brookings India and a member of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister, Dr. Himanshu Bhushan, director of the National Health System Resource Centre, and ACCESS Health India’s Country Director Dr. Krishna Reddy and Director of Health Systems, Maulik Chokshi.
